Wilhelmina Barns-Graham Trust - Travel to Italy Award 2010

I am commencing a journey which will involve walking from Siena to Rome on the Via Francigena, before taking part in the vendemmia (wine harvest) and visiting its related festivities south of Rome. I will be passing through several locations of Tarkovsky's Nostalghia (1983), both gathering material and making work along way.
